Fiber-optic endoscopes
In an industrial fiber-optic endoscope or borescope, the image is transported by an optical image beam of flexible parallel glass fibres. Industrial fiber-optic endoscopes are available from a diameter of 0.5mm. Fiber-optic endoscopes from diameter 2.4mm upwards are equipped with a remote-controlled tip.

This fibreglass borescope has an ocular with focus function and is available in various versions; in diameters from 2.4 mm and working lengths of up to 3 m. The iFlex borescopes can be easily expanded with light sources, prism with side viewing and cameras.
Flexible thin MicroFlex borescope are specifically designed for industrial applications for small inspection openings. MicroFlex endoscopes are ideal for inspection of small parts, inspections in the finest boreholes, nozzles, turbine blades, inspections in series production and for safety testing of relevant components.

Glasvezel endoscopen bieden het voordeel dat ze voorzien zijn van een flexibele probe. Hierdoor zijn ze minder kwetsbaar en kunnen gemakkelijker in buisjes of kleine kanalen worden ingevoerd.
